InstaLOVE for New Orleans

A few weeks ago Troy and I ventured down to New Orleans and the Florida panhandle for our anniversary trip! New Orleans is a special place to us both. I spent a summer working there doing disaster relief with Youthworks and I then met Troy the following spring on a mission trip with MVNU. So, we have fond memories of meeting while demo-ing a house and eating local gumbo.

We stayed within the French Quarter and walked EVERYWHERE. It was wonderful. We then drove over to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida (near Destin) and camped at the beautiful Topsail State Park. The Gulf waters were gorgeous.
